As a buyer, I work for you as a Buyer’s Agent and the best part is, there is no cost to you. My services are free and paid for by the seller. I can walk you through the process and will make sure that your interests are being met throughout the process. 

In addition to her regular practice, I have spent the last three years becoming a specialist in distressed property sales. I’ve achieved an 85% success rate on Short Sale transactions in Northern Colorado over the last 3 years and have successfully closed short sales that other agents were unable to negotiate.  

Personally, I am a graduate of Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Arts and a Masters Degree in Adult Education. I am married with 2 children and a dog. I love to volunteer and have been actively involved in PTO for the last 6 years. Prior to my career in Real Estate I was a police officer with Fort Collins Police Department and an Investigator with the District Attorney’s Office. We own several rental properties and enjoy having properties that have a positive cash flow. Ethical and hard working is only part of what makes me successful in real estate.
